The contents of this form are sent via secure email. The contents
of the email is encrypted when it is sent to us and remains on the
same server on which it is sent, adding another layer of security

Our billing procedure is quarterly. If your listing with the WNC
Guide begins after the start of a billing quarter, the first billing
will be prorated accordingly. If you pay by credit card the total
amount will be prorated automatically. We will send you a receipt
as soon as your card has been processed. Checks and money orders
may be made out for a full quarter and your account will be credited
with the overpayment, which we will apply toward the next (full)
quarter, or you can email us for the correct total to send based
upon start date. Quarters run Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, and Oct-Dec.
You may also pay for your listing semi-annually or annually. Contact

All accounts with the WNC Guide are automatically renewed each quarter
unless we receive written notice from you that you wish to discontinue
your listing, either via email or US Mail. Upon receipt of an email
requesting an account be discontinued, we will check with the email
address on record (the one you submit on this form) to be sure that
the request is legitimate before deleting the account. You must
let us know before the end of the quarter that you wish to have
your account deleted, or you will be billed for the following quarter.
